Includes time for you to share your movement problem story, have a full assessment of your pain and limitation, begin initial treatment, and discuss your therapy plan.

Physical therapy follow up visit

1 Hour--$.12000

1/2 hour--$60.00

Visits focus on manual therapy interventions to promote improved body motion and reduce pain, and conclude with instruction in a progressive corrective movement program that empowers you to manage your symptoms.

TIPPING POLICY:

 Primary  Solutions Physical Therapy does not accept tips. Fees above are inclusive. Services provided are for healthcare and wellness and as such are provided without any expectation of qbeyond published fee rates.  Professional ethics and regulations require that we politely refuse any offered monetary remuneration beyond our published rates.  The best tip a satisfied client can give is a good recommendation to friends and family to utilize our services.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We request a 24-hour notice for cancellation of a scheduled visit.  Cancellations with sufficient notice will not incur a cancellation fee. Visits that are cancelled with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a $25 late cancellation charge, due to the required scheduled time that will be lost to Primary Solutions Physical Therapy.  Patients who fail to show for an office visit and do not call to cancel prior to the scheduled appointment may be charged 50% of the rate for the time scheduled.
